    The FSL modules in the pipeline library reference wrapper scripts for executables rather than making simple calls to the binaries. This is due mainly to the environmental variables that must be set for proper usage inside LONI’s cluster. The wrapper scripts were created using Microsoft’s Wordpad, which introduced a series of characters unrecognizable by our Linux nodes cause execution failures.     The problems that had plagued our cluster throughout the weekend and today have finally been resolved. The Pipeline server is running on our Linux cluster minus 30 compute nodes, which we will bring online as quickly as we can throughout the week.

    As some of you may know, we were finally able to get FSL 4.0.3 out to our cluster recently. Currently, we’re working on getting the new version of feat to function in the Pipeline as well, and as soon as the issues are resolved, a new version of FSF2Pipe will be released on our download page that will let you run feat through the Pipeline.     We’re releasing a new build today with some bug fixes, and the changes can be found in the release notes. Also, we’ve had reports of difficulty accessing the server library, or receiving server library updates when they use the Pipeline on Windows. If you’re experiencing this issue, try going to Tools->Options, click on the Cache tab, and clear your library cache. If this still doesn’t help, check the forums for some more tips on this that I’ll be posting there [...]
