(February 14, 2011) New versions of Pipeline Grid Plugins released today. In addition to bug fixes and improvements, they support one of the latest Pipeline features – array job submission.
There is another new feature in DRMAA plugin, which is the support for server restarts. This means that jobs which have started before the restart will not need to be killed. The plugin will allow Pipeline to monitor those jobs after the restart. This is in beta stage and any feedback is appreciated.
In addition to all the plugins, we have implemented a new version of DRMAA Plugin, which is designed to run withGridWay. This is an experimental version and any feedback is appreciated.
