Description: | Given two sets containing the same number of vertices, and a one to one mapping between these vertices, this program will: * Find the rigid transform that, when applied to the first set of vertices, will minimize the total distance between the transformed coordinates of the first set of vertices and the homologous vertices of the second vertex set. * Write that transform as a homogenous transform matrix in format usable by programs at LONI, and elsewhere, to apply the coordinate transform so defined. The input must specify two sets of homologous points. The points may specified as the vertices of a shape, which can be encoded in any ShapeTools library compatible format. The points are also allowed to be encoded in a human-readable ASCII format, where points are line-delimited and coordinates are space-delimited. The rigid transform estimated by this program may be encoded as a 4x4 homogeneous coordinate transformation matrix. By default, this matrix is written to an ASCII file.
