Description:Minctracc will estimate the best linear spatial transformation required to register two 3D volumes. The program uses optimization over a user selectable number of parameters to identify the best (according to a user identified objective function) transformation that maps voxel values of the first data set into the second. The objective function is evaluated on a 3D lattice with user-specified spacing.
